Launched Job-Risk.com — AI career risk assessment platform

We are excited to announce our new project — Job-Risk.com, a platform for assessing the risk of job displacement by artificial intelligence. The service is based on research from Tufts University and covers over 3,000 occupations from the European Commission's ESCO database.

What the service offers

The platform provides three levels of analysis:

  • Express Risk Check (free, ~2 min) — instant risk assessment of your occupation on a 0–100 scale with a breakdown of tasks susceptible to automation.
  • Skills & Personality Map (free, ~5 min) — 30 questions to determine your professional type using the RIASEC (Holland Code) methodology and a selection of your top 10 matching occupations.
  • Career Navigator (~20 min) — detailed analysis based on 83 questions: 5 best-matching occupations, a personal development plan for one week, 3 months, and one year, plus a PDF report.

How risk is calculated

The formula considers three components: AI exposure data from the Tufts study (55%), the user's personal task assessment (25%), and contextual factors such as company size, industry, and region (20%).

Technology

The project is built on Nuxt 3 with server-side rendering. The database contains 3,039 ESCO v1.2 occupations linked to 13,485 skills. The interface is available in 6 languages.
