We're glad to share the launch of a rebuilt website for our client — AUTO DENT KIEV, a Kyiv paintless dent removal (PDR) service. The site previously ran on the Wix builder, and that platform was exactly what held back its SEO growth. We fully migrated the project onto our own technical stack.
Why Wix was a ceiling
- Slow loading — heavy templated builder code that can't be tuned for Core Web Vitals.
- Closed structure — limited control over meta tags, canonicals, redirects and structured data.
- Weak technical base — hard to set up hreflang, Schema.org and fine-grained technical SEO.
- Platform lock-in — the business never fully owns the site, and scaling it for growth is nearly impossible.
Speed and technical foundation
The new site is built on Astro 5 — static generation, where pages are served as ready HTML without heavy builder scripts. All images are converted to WebP, the hero banner loads with priority (preload), and the server runs on nginx with a Let's Encrypt HTTPS certificate and a CDN. The result is fast loading and a green speed zone that was impossible to reach on Wix.
A clean migration without losing rankings
- 301 redirects from the old Wix URLs to the new ones — no old page leads to a 404, and link equity is preserved.
- A single canonical domain — all www versions are 301-redirected to the main domain so search engines don't see duplicates.
- Google Search Console and GA4 — connected, XML sitemap submitted, pages sent for re-indexing.
Two languages and full structured data
- Two language versions — Ukrainian and Russian with correct hreflang, so each language ranks separately without cannibalization.
- Schema.org — AutoBodyShop markup with address, geo coordinates and a map link, FAQPage, breadcrumbs and a reviews block.
- Open Graph and Twitter Card — correct previews with a dedicated image per page when shared on social media and messengers.
Ready for AI search (GEO)
Beyond classic SEO, we prepared the site for AI answers: we added an llms.txt file, structured the content for citation by AI systems, and ran a full SEO and GEO audit followed by on-page fixes.
UX and content
So that pages don't just rank but also convert, we added interactive before/after sliders with real jobs, a tidy case gallery, cross-linking between services and easy photo-based repair estimates. The business now has a fast, technically clean site with full control — ready for ranking growth.
